1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any treatment with LePearl Aesthetic Clinic, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

LePearl Aesthetic Clinic provides professional aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including, but not limited to, Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, and body contouring. All treatments are carried out by qualified and experienced practitioners.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment at our clinical discretion, particularly if we believe the treatment is not in the best interest of the client.
• Results of aesthetic treatments may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
• All treatments are subject to a pre-treatment consultation to assess suitability.
• We may update or modify our service offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

To maintain the quality of our services and respect the time of our practitioners and other clients:

• Booking: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show charge equivalent to the full treatment fee.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

4. Consultations

All first-time clients are required to undergo a consultation before receiving any treatment. During the consultation:

• You must provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose any medications, allergies, or conditions that may affect your suitability for treatment.
• Our practitioners will advise on the most appropriate treatment options based on your individual needs.
• You will be asked to provide written informed consent before any treatment is administered.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in denial of treatment or affect the clinic's liability in case of adverse reactions.

5. Payments

Payment for services is subject to the following terms:

• Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
• Treatment packages and prepaid courses are non-refundable once treatment has commenced.
• Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your treatment is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
• Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds are only considered if a treatment has not been administered.
• Once a treatment has been carried out, refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with aesthetic results, as outcomes can vary and cannot be guaranteed.
• In the event of a genuine clinical error or adverse reaction determined to be caused by our practitioners' negligence, we will review your case individually.
• Complimentary review appointments may be offered where clinically appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LePearl Aesthetic Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for results that do not meet your personal expectations where the treatment was performed to the appropriate clinical standard.
• We are not responsible for any damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by our practitioners.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client of LePearl Aesthetic Clinic, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date medical and personal information.
• Follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by our practitioners.
• Attend all recommended follow-up appointments.
• Treat our staff with respect. Any abusive or threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of treatment and may result in you being refused future service.
• Notify us promptly of any adverse reactions or concerns following treatment.

9. Photography & Testimonials

We may request to take before-and-after photographs for clinical records and, with your explicit written consent, for marketing purposes. You have the right to decline the use of your photographs for marketing at any time by contacting us in writing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the LePearl Aesthetic Clinic website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of LePearl Aesthetic Clinic and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
